David Tsubouchi is the Registrar and CEO of the Ontario College of Trades. Mr. Tsubouchi has served as the Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations, Solicitor General, Chair of Management Board and Minister of Culture. Mr. Tsubouchi sits on the boards of Seneca College and the OMERS Pension Fund. He was appointed as the Honorary Consul General for Mongolia (Toronto).
Frank Klees career spans 25 years in financial services, contract negotiations, real estate development and the energy sector. His private sector experience was followed by 19 years as a Member of the Ontario Legislature where he served in senior leadership roles including Minister of Transportation, Minister of Tourism and Management Board of Cabinet. Frank also served on a number of Parliamentary Committees including Justice and Public Accounts and was Vice Chair of the Select Committee on Proposed Transaction of the TMX Group and the London Stock Exchange Group. As President of Klees & Associates, he is providing advisory and Government Relations services to public and private corporations.
Mike Del Grande became a Chartered Accountant in 1979. He also earned his B. Comm., Masters of Theological Studies, B. Ed and Ontario College of Teachers certification. He spent 20 years with Shoppers Drug Mart in various operational and financial roles. He was a City of Toronto Councillor and Budget Chair. His directorships included Toronto Police Board, Scarborough Hospital, Tourism Toronto and Toronto Zoo Board. He served as a Catholic School Trustee for 9 years and is currently back at the Board returning as its Chair in 2014.
